I think he is right. The Meanwell PSU is obviously a single PSU (i.e. one
voltage output only, not two like the A-100PSU2). In this case the -V output
of the Meanwell has to be connected to GND of the A-100 system. You may use
e.g. a free GND terminal at the bus board. The +V of the Meanwell (= +5V)
has to be connected to the unused +5V terminal of the A-100 bus board.

The wiring of the mains terminals of the Meanwell are a bit a problem
because the mains inlet/fuse/switch combo of the A-100 has this sequence:
mains - fuse - switch
If you connect the mains terminals of the Meanwell in parallel to the mains
terminals of the A-100PSU2 there is one common fuse for both PSU only. But
due to electrical safety a separate fuse for each PSU should be available.
This causes a problem because of the mains-fuse-switch sequence mentioned
above. You would have to re-wire the mains inlet and change the wiring
sequence to
/ fuse #1 (for A-100 PSU)
mains - switch --
\ fuse #2 (for the Meanwell PSU)
This requires sufficient electrical knowledge and should be carried out only
by a specialist !!! There is danger to life if you make a mistake in the
wiring !!!
Though it's possible I do not recommend to operate both PSUs with one fuse
only. In this case the value of the fuse has to be calculated by adding the
values of both PSUs. The data sheet of the Meanwell PSU should tell you the
recommended fuse value and you have to add this to the value of the A-100
fuse (800 mA for PSU2 / 115V version).
