Probably the potentiometer of the Glide Option is faulty. Please ask the
dealer where you purchased the Glide Option for a free replacement. We will
send a Glide Option for free to the dealer if he asks. Temporarily you may
use one of the unused jumpers of the Dark Energy to undo the glide function.
I'm quite sure that one of the other jumpers is not necessary. The document
on our website describes the function of all jumpers:
