Is this with the case empty, i.e. no modules in it If so, since it's
a new case, time to contact your local distributor! If you _have_ put
some modules in: are they all connected the right way round, i.e. the
red stripe on the ribbon at the bottom ; have any of the connectors
been forced on one pin too high or low ; are there any bent/damaged
pins on unused connectors shorting out ; are the modules known to
work in another case

What was the problem with the first one
Many, many possibilities, but unless it is a clearly obvious physical
problem (like the above), my advice: call your distributor!
