ver P240 B200 Build1 has been placed in the files section

Changes are
1) Restart pattern to step 1 on seq start

2) Seq start/stop will not reset Parameter Edit

3) Fix midi notes that are translated outside range getting stuck

4) Increase env release times to nearer 3P original. Tone release times on existing saved tones may need adjusting

5) Add new parameter (B:11) to select LFO behaviour & Update user Manual
1 = LFO 1&2 Normal (above and below base note)
2 = LFO 1&2 Plus Mode (above base note only)
This is mainly for the DCOs and has only a limited effect on VCF & VCA and has the effect of changing the amount level on these.

6) Add LFO B:11 Control Parameter to MidiCC ($10 16d) & add to Sysex & update User Manual (v240)

7) Fix bug in LFO2 random2 wave to trigger a new value for each seq clock (int/ext or midi)
