 thanks for this upgrade!
 The restart of the pattern with a sequencer start is great. To
 synchonize it with the arpeggiator a blank sequence is required, but
 that is ok with me.
 The envelope time of release is a good improvement. I did not think
 about that before. But now as I am having it I am very happy!
 Also the LFO plus mode is a big win. Great for any rythmic sounds and
 also for all those high frequency bellish tones. Now one can do some
 sounds which remind even to the D-50.
 one thing where I am not sure whether it is intended or not. In LFO-plus
 mode the LFO modulates the VCF "downward". I would have expected that
 the modulation only adds to the cutoff frequency.

 PS: I nearly forgot to mention the bug fixes, which might be take for
 granted, but I know they are a lot of work too.
