Hi Waz, I have just got around to updating to the latest firmware as well, so regarding your first question, I  also noticed that the bank A11 to A88 all sound the same, so I am guessing the latest firmware Factory Reset does not add the different programs back as per the program chart on page 5 of the Kiwisix Manual v4.2. I was going to ask Murray about this as well but was busy trying to sort another issue out first. However yes it would be good to get that sorted so perhaps could you email him and let us know what he says.

Unfortunately I dont know the answer to your second question, although I am sure someone on here will be able to help in due course. I would suggest to wait first before doing any mods such as replacing opamps until things are working as they should. Have a look at the Polysix Yahoo Group as well, as there is some useful info in that group.
