I have a couple of questions...

1. My hi hats no longer work, when i push the pad, the light will
light up and such like in step mode, so it shows me that the pad
works, but the hi hat has no audio...

2. I cannot get this thing to save anything i write. I follow the
manual and everything. After writing I can turn it of for a second or
so, then power back up and it's there, but leave it off for over half
an hour it's back to how the setup was when i purchased it used.
What's the deal
