I find diodes only at the toms and bassdrum. not at the cymbal.
I have to admit, I don't understand what this Diode is for. But for sure
it is something like a 1N4048.

Regarding the output, first check whether there is a signal at the input
of the stereo out fader (pin2 or pin6 of the IC206). Typically this
fader is broken. Unfortunately difficult to find as a sparepart. I know
several people, who replaced it by fixed 50k resistors.
