The individual outputs work through, right If so, wouldn't the problem probably just be the op amp that sums the individual outputs for the main volume and phono output IC206 on the schematic… which might be M5218AL (I don't know - it  doesn't say what IC206 actually is). So, it is either that IC or the traces/connections to it… or the jack or volume pot is bad like Brad said.
