No. The cymbals have two separate ROMs: IC22 for Ride, IC19 for Crash.
The Hihat comes from the ROM with the other sounds.
The closed hihat and the open hihat are the same (looped) sample, and
the open/closed variation is achieved by different R-values for the
simple envelope generator.

In fact theare are nearly no close circuit relations between the cymbals
and the hihat. The only part where a closer relation exists is the local
neighbourhood on the mixerboard.
