I connected jumper wires from the pins on the IC42 and IC26 to the respective outputs on CN3. I reconnected everything and got hi hats and cymbals to play.

 However all the sounds EXCEPT the Cymbals, including the hihat are distorted and "glitchy" sounding now.

 Did I fry my main sound ROM
