There's a guy on eBay who sells a lot of Roland spares. Perhaps one
from a similar instrument would work.

You may also be able to find another pot about the same size that will
physically fit, or could be made to fit. You're probably looking for
something about 100K, log taper.

If the pot is damaged or scratchy, you could just replace it with a
couple of resistors so it's hard-wired to about 75% volume.
